We are proud of all our volunteers and this week is no exception, Chris was on his City Greeter shift when a coach full of tourists got lost, one of his fellow volunteers has nominated him for a Special Mention award for his efforts of getting them to their destination. Well done Chris and thank you!

‘Chris went above and beyond to help out a large group of tourists visiting The Cathedral. Right at the end of the shift we were asked for help to direct their coach, parked somewhere behind the Transport Museum, round to The Cathedral. Chris ended up heading off on foot to find the coach, climb aboard and guide the driver round as trying to give directions on the phone was proving difficult! He was given a well earned round of applause from the coach party and thanked for his help’
